Honam Rural District (Persian: دهستان هنام) is in the Central District of Selseleh County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,788 in 1,504 households.[3] There were 6,477 inhabitants in 1,640 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,207 in 1,768 households. The largest of its 71 villages was Sarab-e Saqqa, with 435 people.[2]
