Faraghi Rural District (Persian: دهستان فراغی) is in the Central District of Torkaman County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Khvajehlar.
At the National Census of 2011, its population was 5,238 in 1,298 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,656 in 1,423 households. The largest of its seven villages was Khvajehlar, with 2,193 people.[2]
