Milíčov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈmɪliːtʃof]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Milíčov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Jihlava and 104 km (65 mi) south-east of Prague.
