Qarah Su-ye Gharbi Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in Si Joval District of Torkaman County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Niazabad. The district was established after the 2006 census.

At the National Census of 2011, its population was 7,266 in 1,765 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 7,816 in 2,054 households. The largest of its three villages was Si Joval (now a city),[4] with 3,747 people.[2]
