  1. ^ Fernandez was born in Mostaganem, French Algeria (now Algeria), but also qualified to represent France internationally and represented them at the 1976 Summer Olympics.
  2. ^ Chafni was born in Bordeaux, France, but also qualified to represent Morocco internationally and made his international debut for Morocco in August 2008.
