Pristimantis boulengeri is a species of frog in the family Craugastoridae. It is endemic to Colombia. Its natural habitats are tropical moist montane forests, arable land, pastureland, plantations, rural gardens, urban areas, heavily degraded former forest, irrigated land, and seasonally flooded agricultural land.
