Peyghan Chayi Rural District (Persian: دهستان پيغان چايي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 5,981, in 1,308 families.[2] The rural district has 43 villages.
