Avalon North Station is a 38-story, 449 feet (137 m) residential skyscraper in Boston, Massachusetts.[4] Built adjacent to the North Station transportation hub, the "luxury" high-rise is one of the tallest buildings in Boston. The property contains 503 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments,[3] along with 219 parking spaces, fewer than .5 per unit.[6]
