Robert Masih Nahar (Gurdaspur, Punjab, 5 September 1974) is a Catalan of Indian origin senator in the Spanish Senate.[1]

In 2017, he replaced the former judge Santiago Vidal as an ERC Senator.[2][3]

He has a degree in chemistry and speaks six languages: Catalan, English, Spanish, Hindi, Italian and Punjabi.[citation needed] Arrived in Barcelona in 2005, he is the founder of Catalonia Cricket Club, the Union of Catalan Sport Cricket Clubs and Catalan Federation Cricket.[4] He is the first player, promoter of the sport and representative of the Catalan International Cricket Committee.[4]

He works on issues related to immigration and integration and, in fact, is part of the Citizenship and Migration division of his party. He has organised cultural and sporting events together with the Embassy of India and has extensive experience in management and administration of sports and cultural organizations.
