Deleted Scenes from the Transition Hospital is an album by British cinematic industrial black metal band The Axis of Perdition. It was released on 28 March 2005 on Code666 Records, catalogue number CODE027.

Its name is a reference to an earlier song from the band, "Reopening Wounds of the Transition Hospital".
