Belfast City is 700m from Sydenham Train Station and connect by a "path" and we wouldn't dare say it's an airport rail link!). Farranfore railway station serves the village of Farranfore in County Kerry.

History

Farranfore was formerly the junction station for the branch line to Valentia Harbour - once the most westerly station in Ireland. The Farranfore to Valentia Harbour Railway Line closed in 1960.

The station opened on 18 July 1859.[1]
