It is found in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka,[1] Thailand, and Vietnam.[2][3] Adults mainly feeds on cattle but infrequently shows a low proportion of human and bird blood meals.
