Bukit Melawati is a state constituency in Selangor, Malaysia, that has been represented in the Selangor State Legislative Assembly since 2004.
The state constituency was created in the 2003 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Selangor State Legislative Assembly under the first past the post voting system. Since 2018[update], the State Assemblyman for Bukit Melawati is Juwairiya Zulkifli from the Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), which is part of the state's ruling coalition, Pakatan Harapan (PH).
History
2004–2016: The constituency contains the polling districts of Kuala Selangor, Bandar Baru, Asam Jawa, Kampung Kuantan Kelab, Kampung Kuantan, Pasangan, Ladang Sungai Rambai, Bukit Rotan, Api-Api, Teluk Piai, Kampung Lubuk Jaya.
2016–present:[2] The constituency contains the polling districts of Kuala Selangor, Bandar Baru, Asam Jawa, Kampung Kuantan Kelab, Kampung Kuantan, Pasangan, Ladang Sungai Rambai, Bukit Rotan, Api-Api, Teluk Piai, Kampung Lubuk Jaya.
