Jesse Topper (born September 19, 1981) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 78th District.[1]
Topper won a special election on January 28, 2014, to succeed Dick Hess, who died during his term.[2][3]
Political Positions
Topper is against legalizing adult use cannabis in Pennsylvania.[4]
