Manuel Belo Correia Dias (born March 24, 1919 in Ovar) is a retired Portuguese professional football player.

He played as a forward, having played all of his career in the FC Porto. In the 1941-42 edition of the Portuguese championship he was the top scorer, with 36 goals.
