Clematis cirrhosa is a species of flowering plants in the family Ranunculaceae. It includes the 'Freckles', 'Wisley Cream' and 'Jingle Bells' cultivars.

It is also one of 8 subdivisions in the Thorncroft Clematis catalogue, published in 2000.
