Keçikalesi is in Altunhisar ilçe (district) at 38°03′40″N 34°07′16″E / 38.06111°N 34.12111°E[1]Its distance to Altunhisar is 30 kilometres (19 mi) and to Niğde is 70 kilometres (43 mi).[2] It was declared a seat of township in 1989. Its population as of 2016 was 1959 [3]
