Klågerup Castle (Swedish: Klågerup slott) is a castle in Svedala Municipality, Scania, in southern Sweden.

History

Klågerup castle was owned in the early 15th century by Peter Spoldener and his son Hans.However, by the 18th century the castle was in bad shape and by 1737 extensive restorations were commissioned by Fredrik Trolle .The current main building was constructed by architect Helgo Zettervall in French renaissance style.

The castle was the center of local peasant revolt in 1811.
