Gmina Gródek is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Gródek, which lies approximately 33 kilometres (21 mi) east of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 430.6 square kilometres (166.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,740.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Knyszyń Forest Landscape Park.
