Carol Anne Haley (born 27 January 1972) is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly in the 2015 provincial election.[1] She represents the electoral district of Burin-Grand Bank as a member of the Liberal Party.[1]

On November 8, 2018 Haley was promoted to cabinet as Minister Responsible for the Status of Women.[2]

She serves as chief government whip in the House of Assembly.

She was re-elected in the 2019 provincial election defeating former MHA and MP Bill Matthews.

Prior to her election to the legislature, Haley was a special assistant to federal Member of Parliament Judy Foote.[1]
