Mr.Advocate Mian Muhammad Afzal Hayat of Kolian Shah Hussain, Gujrat District is an Ex-MPA, Minister of local government Punjab, Minister of Educational Punjab, Leader of opposition Punjab, Chairman Public Account Committee Punjab, Minister of Law Punjab, Ambassador of Qatar and was Ex Chief Minister of Punjab from 1996 to 1997. He has also been the president of Acoba in Aitchison College. He is a Formanite. He is one and only in whole Punjab who got a lot of fame in small time. He joined Pakistan Tehreek e Inshaaf at 14 December 2011.
