Eun-kyung, also spelled Eun-kyeong, or Eun-kyong, Eun-gyoung, Un-kyong, Un-gyong, is a Korean feminine given name. Its meaning differs based on the hanja used to write each syllable of the name. There are 30 hanja with the reading "eun"[1] and 74 hanja with the reading "kyung"[2] on the South Korean government's official list of hanja which may be registered for use in given names. In 1970, Eun-kyung was the 5th-most popular name for baby girls born in South Korea, falling to 8th place by 1980.[3]
