Lozzo Atestino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Padua in the Italian region Veneto, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Venice and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Padua, in the Colli Euganei regional park.

The municipality of Lozzo Atestino contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Chiavicone, Lanzetta, and Valbona.

Lozzo Atestino borders the following municipalities: Agugliaro, Baone, Cinto Euganeo, Este, Noventa Vicentina, Ospedaletto Euganeo, Vo.
