Emmaual Kebby Maphatsoe is the current Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans in the cabinet of South African president Cyril Ramaphosa.

He is implicated in the current state capture probes and militarizing the MKMVA, most notably deploying 30+-year-old men outside Luthuli House who could not possibly be members of the MKMVA or have served in the ANC training camps throughout Southern Africa.[1]

As of July 2018, he had no recorded appearances at parliamentary meetings.[2]
