Holiday Island is a census-designated place in Carroll County, Arkansas, United States. Its population was 2,373 as of the 2010 census.[2]
Holiday Island was developed by McCulloch Oil, which sold the property to manager Tom Dees.[5] Government services are provided by Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District.
