Mississippi Valley State University is a census-designated place in Leflore County, Mississippi, United States.[2] The population at the 2010 census was 1,182.[3] It is the location of the Mississippi Valley State University and is adjacent to Itta Bena.

Demographics

As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 1,182 people living in the CDP. The racial makeup of the CDP was 91.5% Black, 4.0% White, 0.1% Native American, 1.5% Asian, 0.4% from some other race and 1.6% from two or more races. 0.9% were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
