The 2018–19 Slovak Extraliga season is the 26th season of the Slovak Extraliga, the highest level of ice hockey in Slovakia. HK Orange 20 is a project to prepare the Slovakia junior ice hockey team for the IIHF World U20 Championship. Points are awarded for each game, where three points are awarded for winning in regulation time, two points for winning in overtime or shootout, one point for losing in overtime or shootout, and zero points for losing in regulation time.
