Nashville City Center is a 27-story Class A office tower in Nashville with 480,000 square foot and 800 structured parking spaces. It was completed in 1988 and designed by The Stubbins Associates, Inc. The logo for First Horizon Bank sits atop the tower.[1]
In March 2019, Texas-based CapRidge Partners, a real estate investment firm, purchased the tower for $105.3 million.[2]
In November 2013, the tower was sold to Alliance Partners HSP LLC, an affiliate of Honolulu-based The Shidler Group for $103 million.[3] The tower had been previously purchased by Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners for $84 million in 2008.[4]
The 511 Group[5] manages the property.
