Yosif Yaska (Kurdish: یۆسف یاسکە) was a 16th and 17th century Kurdish poet. He is considered, along with Mustafa Besarani, as one of the early members of the Gorani school of poetry after Mala Pareshan. The content of his poetry is about love and nature. Little is known about his personal life,[1] but he lived during the time of Ardalan dynasty. He died in the year 1636.[2][3]
