Fotbal Club CFR 1907 Cluj is a Romanian professional football club based in Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. The first ever involvement of the team in European competitions was in 2005. In the seasons played in Europe, CFR Cluj established two records for the Romanian teams. In the 2012–13 UEFA Champions League season, CFR accumulated 10 points in a Champions League group, previous record was held by Unirea Urziceni with 8 points. In the 2019-2020 UEFA Europa League, CFR accumulated 12 points in the Europa League group stage, the previous record was held by FCSB with 10 points.
