Conrad L. Mallett Jr.

Conrad L. Mallett Jr. (born October 12, 1953) was a Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court from December 21, 1990 to January 2, 1999, serving as Chief Justice for periods in 1997 and 1998.[1][2][3] He is on the Board of Directors of Lear Corporation.[3] He was a partner at Miller Canfield.[4]
On the Michigan Supreme Court he was the first African American to serve as Chief Justice.
Mallett was president of DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital from 2003 to 2011, and was named interim CEO of DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital in March 2017.[5]
