Balli Durga Prasad Rao is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the YSR Congress Party.
Balli Durga Prasad Rao was elected as MLA from Gudur Assembly constituency, Andhra pradesh. He served as MLA from 1985-1989, 1994-1999, 1999-2004 & 2009-2014 (4 terms). He also served as Minister for Primary Education in (1996-1998). He became MLA at very young age of 28 years. He served as Member of PAC, Andhra pradesh(2009-2014) [1][2][3]
