The 1970 United States Senate election in Wyoming took place on November 2, 1970. Incumbent Democratic U.S. Senator Gale McGee ran for re-election to a third term and defeated Republican John S. Wold. As of 2024, this was the last time a Democrat won a Senate election in Wyoming.[1]
