"Milk" is a single by English rock band The 1975. The song was originally released as a hidden track from their 2013 extended play, IV, but was re-released as a standalone single on 6 October 2017.[2]

Background

"Milk" was originally released as a hidden track from their 2012 extended play, Sex, and again on the American edition of their 2013 extended play, IV, which were released prior to their eponymous debut studio album.[3] The song was released in correlation with the band announcing that they are entering a new "era" with their music, specifically the "Music for Cars" era.[2]

Composition

"Milk" is composed in a B-flat major with 3A Camelot mixing at 143 beats per minute.[4]
