Gangakhed (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is one of 288 assembly constituencies of Maharashtra state of India. It comes under Parbhani (Lok Sabha constituency) for Indian general elections.

Geographical Scope

This constituency includes Gangakhed, Purna and Palam tehsils.

Member's of Legislative Assembly

Current member of legislative assembly(MLA) from this constituency is Dr. Madhusudan Kendre (58,415 votes)[1] of Nationalist Congress Party who defeated Ratnakar Gutte(56,126 votes) of Rashtriya Samaj Paksha.[1]

In 2019 elections, RSP candidate Ratnakar Gutte won elections securing more than 80,000 votes. Madhusudan Kendre who was sitting MLA of Gangakhed constituency got only 8026 votes as resulting loss of deposit.
