Cody Hansbrough Thompson (born February 12, 1987) is an American politician, who was elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates in the 2018 state legislative election.[1] He will represent the 43rd House District as a member of the Democratic Party.

He will be the only openly gay member of the state legislature.[2]
