Ileana is a commune in Călărași County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Arțari, Florica, Ileana, Podari, Răsurile, Răzoarele, Satu Nou, Ștefănești and Vlăiculești.

As of 2002 the population of Ileana is 3,872.
