Bienvenido Marañón Morejón (born 15 May 1986), commonly known as Bienve, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Filipino club Ceres–Negros F.C. as a right winger.

He only played lower league and amateur football in his country. In 2015 he signed with Ceres–Negros, remaining several years with the Filipino club and going on to becoming a citizen of the country.

Club career

Born in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Andalusia, Bienve made his senior debut with local CD Rayo Sanluqueño in the 2005–06 season. In summer 2007 he moved to Cádiz CF, being assigned to the reserves in Tercera División.

On 2 December 2007, Bienve appeared in his first game as a professional, coming on as a late substitute in a 3–1 home win against Racing de Ferrol for the Segunda División championship.[1] He totalled 58 minutes for the first team, who was eventually relegated.

Bienve was released by Cádiz on 7 April 2010, due to indiscipline.[2] He joined fourth level club Villarrubia CF 14 days later,[3] and scored a career-best 21 goals during the campaign.

Bienve moved to fellow league team CD Móstoles in the 2011 off-season, returning to Villarrubia in the following transfer window[4] and subsequently resuming his career in division four, where he represented La Hoya Lorca CF and UD Socuéllamos.[5] With the latter, he achieved promotion to Segunda División B in 2014.

On 14 May 2015, Bienve moved abroad for the first time in his career, after agreeing a deal with Filipino United Football League side Ceres–Negros FC.[6] In July 2018, following a match against Myanmar's Yangon United F.C. for the zonal semi-finals of the AFC Cup, he was handed a two-match ban for abusive language and gestures.[7]

On 3 March 2020, the 18th Congress sponsored by senator Juan Miguel Zubiri granted Philippine citizenship to Marañón, thus rendering him available to play for the national team.[8]
