"Reaction to Action" is the third single taken from the album Agent Provocateur by the band Foreigner. The song was remixed for this single release, and was released in the U.S. only. It was written by Lou Gramm and Mick Jones, and the B-side, "She's Too Tough", a rockin' Elvis Presley-type song, is also featured on the European single release of "Growing Up the Hard Way".

Allmusic critic Bret Adams later called the song "the epitome of bland, formulaic AOR,"[1] although the song is one of the five major hard rock numbers on the album. It reached #54 on the Billboard Hot 100.[2] It also reached #44 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.[3]
