Dirca decipiens, the Ozark leatherwood, is a deciduous shrub endemic to northwestern Arkansas, southeastern Kansas, and southwestern Missouri. It is distinguished from the more widespread eastern leatherwood by its sessile fruits and finely hairy leaves and stems.[1][2]
