Serge Mimpo-Tsintsémé, known as Serge Mimpo (born 6 February 1974 in Ndom, Cameroon) is a Cameroonian professional football player. Currently, he plays in the Championnat de France Discrit for USA Clichy. He also holds French citizenship.

He played on the professional level in Super League Greece for Panachaiki 2005 F.C. and Ethnikos Asteras F.C..
