1973 Macdonald Lassies Championship
Appearance
The 1973 Macdonald Lassies Championship, Canada's national women's curling championship was held February 26 to March 2 at the Charlottetown Curling Club[1] in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.[2]
Team Saskatchewan, skipped by Vera Pezer won the title in a tiebreaker against Manitoba's Joan Ingram rink. It was the fifth straight title for Saskatchewan, and third straight for the Pezer rink. After the win, the team decided to retire from competitive curling.[3]
