Madagascar: Operation Penguin is a game based on DreamWorks' Madagascar. It was released in 2005 and the first game on Madagascar's spin-off series.
Reception
A review on GameZone said, "With more variety and some mini-games, this could have been a better game, but as it stands, it's still a good outing with those penguins from Madagascar".[1] Console Gameworld said "Offers witty dialogue to keep the story moving along and has some replay value. Young gamers who are fans of the movie may enjoy this one".[2] Game Chronicles said "Operation Penguin is technically a very solid game, and only falls apart once you realize that no matter the environment, no matter the level, no matter the character... it is all the same old same old. Good, but old".[3]
