Sten Anders Ekberg (born 25 December 1964 in Täby, Sweden) is a former decathlon athlete who competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics for Sweden [1] and a Swedish decathlete National Record holder.[2] Sten Ekberg won the Swedish Championship in both decathlon and heptathlon. Ekberg currently resides in the United States where he works as a chiropractor and nutritionist at his office Wellness For Life in Cumming, Georgia.
College
Ekberg attended Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas. He competed in track and field at Southern Methodist where he won several NCAA awards. In 1998 he earned a B.B.A. in International Finance with Magna Cum Laude honors. In 2007, Ekberg earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia with Magna Cum Laude honors.
