Daniel Grodnik (born May 30, 1952) is an American film producer living in Los Angeles, California. In 1989, he and partner Tim Matheson took over National Lampoon, becoming its chairman and CEO.

Grodnik is also an adjunct professor at the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University and annually grades the master's thesis in the Peter Stark producing program at his alma mater, the University of Southern California.[1]
