Locke, sometimes spelled Lok, is a common Western surname of Germanic origin. It is also a Scottish surname and a romanization of the Chinese surname Luo.

- from a romanization of "Lok", the Cantonese pronunciation of the Chinese surname Luo 駱/骆.
