Conway Robinson Sands (May 5, 1860 – April 11, 1920) was a lawyer and state senator who represented Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding areas in Henrico County. He was part of law firms with his father and brother, including Sands & Sands and later the firm Sands, Anderson, Marks and Miller.

He served as chairman of the joint library committee.[1]

His brother was Alexander Hamilton Sands, who served as Commonwealth's Attorney of Henrico County.[2]

Sands had a son with Mary Bowcock.[3] One of their sons, Charles B. Sands, was a lieutenant and was killed in action during World War I.[4] Another son became a football coach and insurance company employee.[5]
