Tessa Cieplucha (born 24 September 1998) is a Canadian swimmer who primarily competes in the individual medley. A member of the Canadian National Team, she is the reigning Pan American champion in the women's 400 m individual medley when she won gold in 2019 in Lima. Cieplucha made her national team debut with Canada at the 2014 FINA World Junior Open Water Swimming Championships and swam the 1,500 m freestyle the following year at the 2015 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships where she finished 15th.[1]
Career
International Swimming League
In Spring of 2020, Tessa signed to the Toronto Titans, the first professional swimming team to represent Canada and part of the International Swimming League (ISL).[3]
Pan American Games
- 2019 – 400IM Pan American Champion (Gold), and finalist in 200 Br (7th)

- Four-time NCAA All-American (2018-2019)
- 2020 CSCAA All-American (First Team)
- Four-time SEC medalist (2 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze)
- 2020 SEC Champion (Gold) in both 400IM and 800 Free Relay, 4th in 200IM and 200 Fly
- Part of the first ever University of Tennessee Women’s SEC Team Title (2020)
- Current University of Tennessee program record holder in both the 400IM and 800 Free Relay

- 2019 – Bronze medalist in 400IM
- 2018 – Bronze medalist in 400IM
- 2016 – Summer Nationals Silver in 400IM
- 2016 – Olympic Trials – 4th in 400 IM, 6th in 800 Fr
- 2015 – Summer Nationals Silver in 800 Fr, Bronze in 400 IM and 4x200 Free Relay
- 2014 – National Champion in 1500m freestyle (Gold), 4th in 400 IM
