Gaia Sanesi (born 1 April 1992, in Florence) is an Italian tennis player. Sanesi has a career-high WTA singles ranking of 294 achieved on 14 July 2014. She also has a career-high WTA doubles ranking of 388 achieved on 14 September 2015. Sanesi has won five singles titles as well as eight doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
Sanesi made her WTA main draw debut at the 2015 Rio Open, in the doubles event partnering Estrella Cabeza Candela as an alternate team.
