District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The buildings of this complex are, Treasury Tower, Eternity Apartment @ District 8, Infinity Apartment @ District 8, Residence 8 @ Senopati Tower A, Residence 8 @ Senopati Tower B, Residence 8 @ Senopati Equity Tower, District 8 Office Tower 2, District 8 Office Tower 3, District 8 Residential Tower 3 & District 8 Hotel/Residential Tower.[1]Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares.[2] In addition there is a retail area of about 15.000 square meters, dubbed District 8 Marketplace, within the complex.[3]
The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of the buildings in the complex are topped out by January, 2017.[4] The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex.[5][6] A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. As of August 2020, the second tallest building in Jakarta, Treasury Tower is located within this complex.
